20 years ago I had a heart attack at age 57. It was late in the evening and Dr. Khatib waited for me to arrive at the hospital and inserted three stents and save my life. I will be forever grateful for his care for the last 20 years and to me he is my guardian angel and truly responsible for keeping me on this planet and being able to enjoy my family With a good quality of life, despite that occurrence. Very friendly and understanding, explains the situation in simple terms you can understand. He speaks to you not at you, you are the center of attention although other staff is present. Dr. Khatib is a very knowledgeable and capable cardiologist with whom I can trust with my health care.

Dr khatib and his staff at first coast cardiologist are excellent. Very caring, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They do not rush you.
Never get to see him anymore always his pa would like to see the doctor more than his helper

Dr. Khatib has a calm manner and explains his diagnosis in relatable words—easy to understand. I was anxious when I walked into his office and relieved and hopeful when I left.
My oncologist made me an appointment due to Syncope (blackouts) telling me anytime it could be the last time. So kinda important appointment. Told I had to reschedule because I've been out of work for over a year and that 10 dollars copay was more important than my life. Greed runs the medical system and this office has proven it.
