The treatment was good, billing was awful. I was offered a 10% discount if I paid in cash at the consultation, confirmed the 10% discount over the phone when confirming the surgery. When we checked in again was offered the 10% discount when paying in cash. I received a bill for the amount that was extended as paid in cash savings. Spoke to the office and was told the amount I was presented was just a quote and the pay in full with cash savings is not extended to those with insurance. Medical staff is terrific; billing staff not so. Received great care and follow-up from doctor and his assistants. Paid quoted amount due prior to appointment, then weeks later started getting nickel-and-dime bill. I disputed it; they won't back off and are threatening collections. Get a "paid in full" receipt if you go here.

When Dr. Sorensen removed my wisdom teeth, he and his team made the process very easy and pleasant. I opted for IV sedation and it was a very smooth surgery with a quick recovery time. They put on any kind of music you want and explain everything they’re doing, step by step. Dr. Sorensen is very courteous and reassuring and all of his staff members go above and beyond to help you. Dr. Sorensen was an amazing oral surgeon. He made me feel comfortable and at ease before, during and after my surgery. He explained exactly what was going to happen so I was fully aware of what to expect. I have had previous dental procedures that have left me scarred and he actually made me restore my faith in the dental practice. His staff was so nice and professional. After the surgery which was a difficult one he called me personally to see how I was doing. I cannot express my gratitude enough!!

I was a dentist for almost 35 years so I know what I am talking about. I recently had an extraction and a same day implant. Dr. Sorensen's staff was accommodating and on top of everything. The procedure was completely uneventful. Isn't that what we are looking for?

My name is Alyssa Gilds and I had my wisdom teeth removed about 3 weeks ago by Dr. Sorensen and my visit there for surgery was amazing. Not only was it quick, but they all were very caring and he did a wonderful job removing my teeth. My mouth is healing great and I would definitely reccomend anyone to get oral surgery from this Doctor.

Dr. Sorensen is the best oral surgeon ever. He is kind, gentle and meticulous in his surgical techniques. He takes the time to explain his procedures and what to expect and expresses his concern for his patients. Every member of his staff from Erica the receptionist to Donna (who is absolutely wonderful!!!!) are professional, courteous and go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The surgical/medical PA's and assistants are highly trained and comforting. I highly recommend this office.

My son had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Sorensen. My son had NO Pain and hardly any swelling. I have been a RN for 24 years, and Dr. Sorensen is one of the finest doctors I've encountered. His staff is also amazing. The staff was very kind and attentive to my son's needs. His recovery process has been incredible and again, with NO pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Sorensen in Prescott to anyone who is in need of great dental care!

I HAD THE HARDEST TIME GOING TO A DENTIST FROM BAD CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCES.I WAS TRANSFORMED IN THIS 20TH CENTURY OFFICE! THE STAFF ARE LOVELY,SMART,KIND WHO ACTUALLY LISTEN WITH CONCERN. THE OFFICE IS CLEAN,MODERN WITH ART THAT TAKES YOUR BREATH AWAY FROM YOUR FEARS. THE HIGHLIGHT WAS THE DR. THAT IS SOFT,STRONG WITH A SOUL THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR NEEDS. HIS PROFESSIONALISM IN DENTRISTY WAS THE BEST I'VE SEEN AND WILL LET THE WORLD KNOW "THERE IS A SURGEON THAT CAN HELP WITH RESPECT/HONOR AND LOVE"
