The treatment was good, billing was awful. I was offered a 10% discount if I paid in cash at the consultation, confirmed the 10% discount over the phone when confirming the surgery. When we checked in again was offered the 10% discount when paying in cash. I received a bill for the amount that was extended as paid in cash savings. Medical staff is terrific; billing staff not so. Received great care and follow-up from doctor and his assistants. Paid quoted amount due prior to appointment, then weeks later started getting nickel-and-dime bill. I disputed it; they won't back off and are threatening collections. Get a "paid in full" receipt if you go here.
