I will never again go back to this oral surgeon. I went there a few years ago when I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and it was a great experience. I had no pain or discomfort after. HOWEVER, I went back to get a dental implant for a tooth that was coming out. This experience was by FAR the worst I have ever had. They scheduled my appointment and then changed it multiple times without giving a good reason. If my tooth wasn't about to come out I would have changed surgeons. I was the most scared person when it came to getting my wisdom teeth taken out (I have a history of fainting) but Alan Yates was incredibly accomodating and understanding and made it so easy! I won't go to another oral surgeon again!

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Son just had 4 impacted wistom teeth removed a week ago today. He was put under a little and only one does of pain meds at home. DId very good on his own with no pain meds there after. Office is very friendly and Dr. Yates is very nice....

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I made following the procedure. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. Dr. Yates is THE BEST when it comes to tooth extraction. Relatively pain free following the procedure and he has done several for me.
