I met Dr. Acktar through my Cardiologist Dr. Dorion., and having a Cath. They both worked on getting a hardened clot out of a major artery and putting stents in. A little over a year later the stents (3) were beginning to collapse and Dr. Actar (yesterday) went into another heart cath and put in more stents and that kept me from having open heart surgery! I can’t say enough good things about out this Dr., he’s so compassionate, kind and is a very brilliant Dr., having saved my life and I will be so grateful for.
I have been seeing Dr. Ahktar since 2019. I find him to be highly skilled and very knowledgeable. His compassion and understanding is above board. Dr. Ahktar and his staff are a remarkable team. I highly recommend this outstanding doctor. Thank you Dr. Ahktar and your staff for your continued care.
Dr akhtar is an amazing cardiologist! He really puts the care of his patients first and has went exceedingly beyond what I could have ever expected! I'm a very complexed heart patient and as he has done various heart procedures, I'm always impressed with his level of competence and expertise. He has helped me in so many ways including saving my life and I will be forever grateful to him.
I’m so happy to have such an intelligent Physician as part of my medical team. The state of healthcare in the US is disgusting, but he really brings hope back into my soul, which is something I don’t say lightly. As someone who grew up in hospitals & doctors offices I had completely lost my faith in the medical industry when Dr. Akhtar was recommended to me.
