As a new patient of Dr. Modi’s I respect him very much! However, the surgeon he referred me to can’t even do a consultation for 3 weeks for my chemo port. So, I called the triage line @ his office & a nurse on MA named Kelly was very rude @ basically said that’s too bad that there was nothing they could do.! All I wanted to know if it was possible there was another surgeon that could possibly do it sooner . She very rudely said no!🤬 Very unprofessional!!! Excellent experience! Would recommend seeing the good doctor, the staff and very satisfied with the facility.
Dr. Modi has been wonderful. Answering all of my questions. When using my chart messaging he has taken the time to call and answer my questions quickly. He treats each person as an individual and has been great creating a plan with all of the doctors as well as being proactive reaching out to doctors when needs change and challenged arise. 5 stars!
Dr Modi was highly recommended to me by my oncologist at the Miami Cancer Institute. He has been very kind and thorough regarding my post breast cancer treatment. He has kept up a very professional use of diagnostic procedures to monitor my health and I’ve always trusted his judgment. He will be missed and his future patients will be very fortunate to have him.
