I am fortunate enough to have Dr. Nelson as my doctor. She has taken great care of me over the years and I trust her completely. Lately my experiences have involved miscommunication and unreliability. I desperately needed a doctor’s letter for travel, had the appointment, then was given an invalid letter I could not use. I spoke to staff to have it corrected, was told that it would be corrected, but received no corrected letter or communication and therefore my travel plans and mental health were negatively impacted.
I am new to BC and landed ( eventually-2 yrs) thee best family doctor one could wish for. He is attentive and every time has helped me so much. He smiles a lot and even laughs. The medical attention I have received from Dr. Houston has been heads over and above any help that I didn’t receive from in my home town of London, Ontario. When I came to Dr. Houston my hip had fallen into my groin and the ball had fallen out. It was a mess.
