The online system that predicts a completion date doesn't work (and everyone at the shop said it doesn't, so this shouldn't be a surprise). Frankly, getting a response from anyone there is frustratingly difficult. Out of 10 calls, maybe 1 will be answered. Any voicemails left are never answered. And I mean NEVER. 3 Star : Likely to Recommend Didn’t have done right the first time, but inside I was appreciative of things being cleaned 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Pretty good experience overall just had to leave my car for a missed paint chip that was clearly in the impact area and paint mismatch that they pushed off as being the difference in plastic- metal appearance but it was much closer before accident. 3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I would say they do great work, but plan on being without a vehicle for a long period of time 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Repairs were great. My car looks like brand new. Only problem I had was with time line. Don’t tell your customer 24-48 hours for repairs and then keep their car for 8 days! 4.5 Star : Customer Service Need better communication 5 Star : Returned Clean
