3 Star : Likely to Recommend A little hesitant to recommend this to a friend considering the lack of communication I received with my own vehicle. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Some miscommunication with updates. Car was supposed to be ready on a Friday at 4. I had to call over 15 times to get a hold of someone to learn that a part needed to be ordered and my car would not be ready. 0 Star : My Experience My single biggest issue is the lack of communication. The online system that predicts a completion date doesn't work (and everyone at the shop said it doesn't, so this shouldn't be a surprise). Frankly, getting a response from anyone there is frustratingly difficult. Out of 10 calls, maybe 1 will be answered. Any voicemails left are never answered. And I mean NEVER.
