Told them no and try to get the insurance company to pay for it. Seeing the bill, it was never added to the insurance's payment or mine. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Whoever was overseeing it this time, seemed like they were reluctant to help. Definitely wasn't Eric. I have always had a great experience when he has overseen my repairs. 5 Star : Returned Clean
