5 Star : My Experience I am satisfied with my experience. However there were unexpected delays and successive extensions in the repair process. The repair process seemed to go well and I did receive occasional updates, however there wasn't always the updated information available on my vehicle or when it might be complete. Overall I'd rate this repair experience a positive one though.

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality My original estimate was 3-4 days. It took over two weeks to get my car back. Communication was lacking. Most of time I couldn’t even get through to anyone for an update. Sometimes the receptionist would transfer me and then no one would answer. When I was able to talk to someone, they told me they would be finishing the car the next day, that went on for multiple days.
