5 Star : My Experience 4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality Picked my car up on January 26 and noticed that my bumper was not attached properly on the left rear side. I was told that a new bracket needed to be ordered and I would be notified when it came in. It is now February 21 and I am still waiting. Other than that my car looks great, everyone is friendly and polite. I will follow up on getting the new bracket and getting my bumper realigned. 4.5 Star : Customer Service
