0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality Very hard to get ahold of anyone and messages are not returned. I left several messages when our car was there and not one was returned by Eric. Also we didn't receive a call when the car was finished which was way past the time we were told. We had to drive there to see what was going on and that's when we found out the work was done. We also noticed a few days later that the bolts on wheel well were missing. Very disappointed!!!! 0.5 Star : Customer Service

Also I called on Monday and Wednesday this week because the unlock button on the driverside door is not working but it worked prior to repair and I still have not received a call back. 0.5 Star : Customer Service Called 2 times this week and have not got a call back.

3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality I still have a noise when I have to brake. I was told the rust would come off and the noise would be gone. I was told to bring it in if the noise persisted, but it took over 3 months to get my car back in the first place.
