Founder, Steele Platt, along with Harald Herrmann and Carlito Jocson, were looking to design a restaurant around an exquisite beer list and delicious American cuisine. Good drinks and great place to watch the game. That's about it, DON'T go for good food...their bar food is ok but that's about it. I would skip the entrees, they are poor every time.
