Needed to see the Dr. Chang for urinary issue. Quick in and out. Set my mind at ease and simple treatment with antibiotics was all I needed. Its nice to see a professional who is kind, asked me important questions and with input from what I was having issues with,diagnosis me with 15 min. Great Doctor. Definitely will go back if I need a Urological care. His staff are just a kind and friendly as well.

I have gone to a lot of different doctors in town and none of them could explain the infection I had. My time is very valuable and I took a day off to see Dr. Chang. It was well worth the wait and he went over the labs that other doctors order but never explained to me. He gave me the translation from medical language to plain English I could understand. Needed to see the Dr. for urinary tract issues. Dr. is professional and kind. My problem was taken care of with efficient questions, and great treatment plan. Very caring and great staff as well.
He was an excellent doctor. Caring, confident and easy to speak with.
I had heard about Dr. Chang through the many Veterans Groups that I belong. He comes with excellent feedback as he is very thorough in his explanation, he has a great sense of humor and he really honor us veterans. He takes a lot of time to explain complex problems, repeats himself when my family comes with me and he always gives us all the time we need. He gets to know me as a person. I really respect that. He has must trust.
Great personality. Great command of language that allows complicated medical concepts to be explained. You feel he is on the same team w you and has great follow through after surgery.
