Crew did a wonderful job on getting the roof done. Work area was clean and the roof looks great!
I enjoyed such an awesome experience with Yankee Home Improvement workers coming to my home doing my windows and the windows look great, are excellent quality and I love the ease in being able to clean them with no problems. Sales person was excellent, very friendly and talked very highly about the company. My experience with your company leaves a lot to be desired. I'll be looking to see if you actually post my experience with your company. We hired you to install three windows and a screen door. When the crew came down, they only installed the windows. The first window installation included a tearing of the wall on the right side of the window by the installers. On behalf of my father, Bruce Nelson, I am posting this review on-line in an effort to regain the attention of Yankee Home Improvement, Inc. management. This post is a follow-up to both a certified letter sent to Gerard Ronan, and a subsequent follow-up appointment, in which my father was able to highlight the deficiencies in the work with employees, and was told corrective action would be taken, but is still waiting for resolution of the issues.
