This is the second time we've used Yankee Home Improvement. The first time we had an entire new roof installed on our home, it was a difficult roof to do b/c of the steep pitch and 11 skylites. That was 2yrs ago and haven't had one problem. Very professional and an excellent cleanup. The 2nd job was installing all new gutters and downspouts. We've always had problems with leaves and pine needles which they solved with larger gutters/downspouts. Professionally done and very accommodating crew. Again, great cleanup|

I had new gutters installed in my house in less than three hours. The crew cleaned up after themselves and did a very professional job. The whole experience from the initial interview for the project to its completion was very pleasant. I particularly liked that the employees are very pleasant and friendly both in person and over the phone. They surely put a smile on my face!!

Yankee Home Improvement replaced five windows in our home. We are very happy and extremely satisfied with the product. The guys were very respectful and they performed their job to our satisfaction. They are very professional and we are happy to say we are satisfied customers. Thank you!

very upset. I had a salesman come to my house to do an estimate on window replacement. I called them back to have the project move forward and was told after being transferred a few times they no longer serve my area. I liked the product and the salesman that came out but i feel they should have called or sent an email with this information. this makes me question what happens with the people in my area that have there windows when they have something go wrong and need a repair. First time doing a big project. We had our house sided. We had two wonderful young men doing this project. We weren't very happy with the office part of this . I give the two young men a 5. No communication from the office to the customer.

We had our basement bwindow done and yankee home improvement came in on time and worked hard finished the job in a timely manner. Cleaned up and did a good quality job.

I have had many windows installed be Yankee and everything was great. When a seal broke they replaced it no problem and so far these are fine. Also they did everything when they said they would.
