Matthew Baker was so knowledgeable and explain everything it would take for us to take out old bathtub and replace with walk in shower.....he showed us pictures and brought pieces of material to let us see them....after going through all the steps ....he set up the paper work and not that everything wasn't worth it....... it just was a little more then we expected so for now we have a year to decide ....i would recommend him to guide you through

My experience has been terrible. DON'T believe anything the sales rep tells you at your home. His name is David and he promises you the world and delivers NOTHING. From them "misplacing" our deposit check to the installers destroying our gardens, this entire episode has been a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have too many people in the chain of command and it seems no one knows what the other is doing! Very disappointed. Just want to share an experience I had with Yankee Home Improvement. I signed up to get an estimate on windows at the Woodstock Fair. I informed them at that time that I was only looking for an estimate. An appointment was scheduled and a rep came out on 9/9/17. I also told the rep at the appointment that I was looking for an estimate only. he went over all the information about the company and the different types of windows. Yankee Home Improvement replaced a glass slider and two windows in my condo. I'm happy with the Okna windows. I am so disappointed overall with my experience with Yankee. First, I found them via home advisor and they called promptly. Then...kept calling...and calling...and calling. Clearly this company has not figured out a way to connect with a millenial demographic. I was told my appointment would be 30 minutes and the sales guy was at my house for close to two hours.
