I have brought my animals to Yankee Hill for many years and have always received great service, until today!! I spoke to 2 different people in the office regarding a service I did not want. At the end of the appointment, I was charged for that service. Both people claimed to not hear my request and claimed they never would have agreed to not do the service. They are refusing to make the situation right. Unfortunately, I’ll be changing vets!!
Dr. Sarah is so smart and loves our fur babies right along side us, through to the end. She’s the only one I send all family and friends to. Staff are wonderful and caring individuals. Best vet experience I’ve ever had. Loyal patrons of Yankee Hill Vet and Dr. Knudsen since 2015!
I have been a client of Yankee Hill Veterinary Hospital since they opened. As a volunteer puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence, I need a veterinary team that understands the high standards of medical care that a highly trained service dog in training must receive. I am always comforted in knowing that this amazing team always puts the well being of my dogs first. I have referred many of my pet owner friends to Yankee Hill and look forward to continuing to use them and refer them.
