I lived at Yankee Hill for two years and the only reason I'm leaving is because I want to be closer to work in the suburbs. You honestly can't beat the location or amenities of this place. The staff is always willing to hold a package and on numerous occasions, fed and watered my pets while I was out of town. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the indoor pool/hot tub/sauna are clean, the views are great, and the apartments are well-sized. The whirlpool was filthy and the window was missing on the sauna door. Other common areas appeared well taken care of and apartment was quiet.
