Being new to Minnesota, this was my first time to Rosemount Eye Clinic. My experience was decent in the office, and I liked the optometrist just fine. However, my appointment was 2 months ago, and I still have not received my new lens prescription. They said the machine is broken, so they were going to order them from someplace else, but I still haven't received them. We have been patients at YEC here in Eagan since it opened 25+ years now and have never been disappointed in the care. Dr Osness keeps good people on staff. Everyone is so nice and efficient in their jobs. they have it down to a science. It is all about the system and they function well. Thanks for staying around. Diane R
I have been going to the Yankee Eye Clinic sine the mid 1980's. Dr. Osness and the rest of the staff at the Clinic have always treated me well and have always worked to make sure the visit was pleasant and thorough. The Clinic always has the most up to date optical equipment to use on their patients. I have had to go to the optical department on different occasions to get my glasses re-fitted (which was caused by my own negligence) and was always treated politely. Kudos to the folks at the Yankee Eye Clinic
I've had several very bad experiences at Yankee Eye Clinic in the frame department. I will never go there again!
They have a very helpful and friendly staff and Dr. grange is the best!
