RecommendedDr. Grange is awesome. very patient, professional, helpful and personable. He doesn't rush and takes the time to listen to you your concerns. He always has good ideas and options for you rather than pigeonholing you into one thing only. The rest of the staff are friendly and polite.
Yankee Eye Clinic has to BEST Team!
I just 'unliked' and 'unfollowed'. This past fall I felt like I "was sold a bill of goods." My family and I had been long time patients at their Rosemount Clinic. Customer Service folks need a little work on communication.
I had my first visit yesterday. The experience was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The various tests were conducted professionally and I was given a complete explanation as to what was being done at each step. The staff seemed generally concerned with my well being. I was given good advice about caring for my eyes. From the greeting as I entered the facility thru my setting of the next appointment I felt welcomed.
I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and hospitality at Yankee Eye Clinic in Eagan! My husband has been seeing Dr. Osness for years, but yesterday was my first visit to clinic and I met with Dr. Bjore. She was SO friendly & knowledgeable. She really listened to me and made excellent suggestions in regards to my eye care. Afterwards I met with Madi and she helped me pick out a pair of lenses. She was very personable, and was a true joy to work with. 10/10 recommend Yankee Eye Clinic in Eagan :) Thank you!
I have been going there for years. Dr Hegerman is awesome and I think he always does a very thorough exam. However, I have a small face and I’m always very disappointed in your frame selection. I wanted something without nose pads because they irritate my skin with some fun color on them or fancy bows. You didn’t have one adult frame that would fit me in that category.
