The menu runs several pages and there are always a good number of daily specials available, in addition to some very good Dim Sum ordered from rolling carts. If you are not local & don't know where to get good dim sum, Yank Sing is a safe bet. It's been 6 years and we came 4 times. There is always a wait but we were never disappointed with their dim sum.
The dim sum is super good and the place is fancy as well! Love it! But it takes time for the food cart to pass by our table during the busy hours.
Best damn dim sum experience I've ever enjoyed. Variety of dishes is incomparable and they get you in and out with dexterity and deftness. Just close your eyes when the bill comes.
