We always have a wonderful experience with the baths and the staff. We will be back!
The staff was very helpful and polite. Very organized system. My massage was great, I just wish that there was a little more privacy so I couldn't here other people talking while they were getting massages. I also wish they would have used oil instead of lotion. Every full body massage I have got has also had hot stones so I was a little disappointed when I didn't have that. The caves were amazing!! I have never seen such a thing. That was a good sweat and very relaxing.
The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating despite us showing up a little late! Locker room is very small and needs revamping but after my incredible massage with Brandy, I could care less and will definitely be back. Brandy was very attentive, in tune with my energy and has an extremely intuitive touch. The massage was equally relaxing and beneficial.
Yampah was great! The caves were nothing like I have experienced, very relaxing and private. Fantastic staff and service 5 *s
We love the Yampah Spa! The staff is wonderful, and we feel incredibly pampered and special while we are there. Our New Years always includes the Yampah Spa. This year's props go Alice (massage) and my personal favorite CASSANDRA (botanical facial) ❤️❤️❤️lots of love from the Boyd's
Horrible customer service! Asked for card information well making appointments to "hold our spots" little did I know they charged my account 100 dollars. Never was I told there would be a charge for cancelling nor was I told the amount of charge (when scheduling or cancelling) called to speak with manager (amy) & was told i needed to cancel 24 hours before appointment. Which i called & made only 6 hours before appointment. With all the money they rip off from people you'd think they would be able to afford some updates! Ther... read more
