The calamari appetizer is superb. The steaks, fish and sides are perfectly flavored. We enjoyed the most amazingly panoramic view of Hollywood and Downtown LA especially for dinner as you watch the sun go down on the city. The lights of the LA skyline look magnificent after dark from the Yamashiri gardens. They provide great service and valet parking as well.

The location is always nice and fun for entertaining out of town guests. We have been coming here for at least 15 years but service is really not good now. Food was also not a 5-star rating. I think they have changed managements so many times. They forgot us the entire evening when we dined two days ago, on a Saturday night. They brought wrong meals and got confused by our orders. We liked the new Pagoda Bar but drinks were not delicious like other drinks we have had at beautiful happening places in Hollywood.

The food and service was amazing. One of the best views of Hollywood. Such a unique dinning experience. I would recommend it to everyone visiting LA.
