What an amazing night: Great food, great ambience, great people!
I was skeptical after reading the reviews here, but after a decade living in LA my wife and I decided to give Yamashiro a shot. We had a concert at the Hollywood bowl and made reservations at Yamashiro for 5:15. Our waiters Phillip and Nader (sorry if I'm killing the spelling) were both great. We ordered a variety of different dishes to share and the staff made sure that the dishes were coming out when we wanted them and that we were comfortable with the timing knowing we had an event.
