Good service and a lot of good moto options
Took my bike for a break in service to get yamaha warranty on paper. Came out with a chain that was so overtightened (no slack whatsoever) the chain itself was getting hot after each ride. Did it myself later - I should not have to do it when paying over 300$ for what amounts to an oil change and chain tightening. Was charged a borderline extortionate amount of money, asked to sign for a cost before any work was done or even spoken about in detail and I refused to do that, got charged over 100$ over a stated cost in "parts" ... read more
The worst service I ever had! Very overpriced!! overcharged for labor, and did not fix anything. The bike is in much worse condition than when I brought it there. Wouldn’t trust them with anything
Great experience at Wheel Sport Yamaha in New Rochelle. Frank (owner) and Irwin were great to work with and got everything done quickly. Very happy to have selected Wheel Sport and I highly recommend!
Traveling to NJ from RI. Fender got damaged and destroyed my rear tire. Called these guys, they had my tire, replaced it for me with a brand new whitewall on my choppered 02 sportster 1200, sent me on my way. You don't get service like that, that's fast and well done very often anymore. I'd highly recommend these guys for good work. Thanks Frankie, and extra thanks to the techs that took care of me!
