As soon as you walk in their windows are closed with a sign that says don't knock on it. The doctor not once said my name or look me in the eye.
As a new patient, I was referred to Yale podiatry by the emergency room physician, to seek specialist care for a work related injury. I provided my employer information. Since the injury occurred a day prior I did not have the workers compensation claim number on hand, although I said I could provide it. The doctor ( I assume) came out and said they can not treat me without that number and appeard uninterested in exploring options or continuing the conversation. The receptionists were very nice.
The ladies at reception/x-ray tech were very nice and professional, but that was as far as it went. The doctor just stated the obvious "you have a bunion" without even going over my x-rays to explain how severe the bunion was, and that was pretty much it. No way I would let this man perform surgery on my foot with the way he behaved. This is DEFINITELY NOT YALE.
Went for an ingrown toenail with my teenager. Super easy to make appointment online. Took new patients where others couldn’t see us till mid November. Dr.Jeffries was super nice and funny which is what my scared teenager needed. In and out in less than 25 min. Very nice stuff
