Please avoid this place. This first visit was rushed! Do not reply messages with follow up medical questions. Worse the office was closed and Dr. Dr. Luke C. Jeffries had NO show without any explanation and phone call afterwards. Provided wrong info on insurance info. It seems this office is not care about patient.
This has to be one of the most unprofessional establishments! First off, the secretary, Marcia is rude and condescending, and does not care about the patient’s concerns. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Please avoid this place at all costs! They do not return phone calls, they do not address issues that arise. After surgery, you are seen by medical assistants and secretarial staff, not by a doctor, PA, or APRN. I have heard Dr Jeffries is a good surgeon, but beyond that, the level of care at this office is reprehensible and scary, to put it mildly. I was shocked. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CONDITION TO IMPROVE, WITH CONSISTENT FOLLOW UP!!
Butchered my wife’s ankle, it’s been a year and a half since Dr. Jeffries operated on her foot and she is 100% worse off than before. Before the surgery she could walk, stand, jog, jump, squat, everything that you should be able to do. After the surgery now she can’t bend her heel up, can’t stand or sit for even short amounts of time, and is still in serious pain. Serious ptsd as well, can’t return to work. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy. Maybe the name of this place shouldn’t be Yale Podiatry Group, after search... read more
Went a few months back to this place with my boyfriend to get his ingrown nail removed. The doctor seemed like he was in a rush, delivered the anesthetic and didn’t wait even a second for it to exert its effect, and proceeded to basically torture (this is not an exaggeration) my boyfriend’s foot while he screamed, twisted, and shook in pain. There is no need for an ingrown nail removal to be so painful (he said it was 10/10 pain, worst he has ever felt in his life). The doctor didn’t do anything about it, not even as little ... read more
