Yesterday was my worst visit in 10 years to plasma!!!!! Waited 35 minutes to get disconnected from the machine. I got skipped 5 times!!!! All your female supervisors in the back said was oh well!� so i sat there and waited finally someone disconnected me just to not wrap my arm right. Walked out of plasma dripping blood all over my brand new sweater!!!!!!!! Then i walked back in with my arm out bleeding everywhere and all your workers do is look at me with a blank look. Great place nice people friendly helpful quick easy good money
The staff, especially in back, are very professional and friendly. The wait times can be ridiculous at times. They need more seating and free parking for their donors. Would be cool if you got a flat rate instead of it going by weight. All in all, a nice place.
