By hireing more staff, and be nice to the donors! Waiting over 2 hours to go to the back! No waiting bonus! Very unsatisfactory treatment!
got here at 535 ,:went thru the whole process we were waiting to get a bed , they never told us they ran out of saline until 20 minutes later, i think it's IDIOTIC to run out of things you SHOULD have xtra on hand, i felt they shouodve at least gave us that waited a little xtra for waiting , after all , this was NOT out fault . It's just STUPID , this place NEEDS HELP all the way around!!!!
Took over 3 hours today. Plus minimum parking and the employees are using those parking spaces.
