Yale Pest Control was very responsive to our call. It was easy to set up an appointment easily. Our technician, Irvin has a great personality and attitude, knowledgable and was willing to explain what the service entailed. He made it clear what was and was not covered by the application. I will definitely request him on future applications.
I had a significant pest issue that had me seriously ready to just burn my house down- I called my usual pest control servicer to deal with it but felt our discussion was too sales pitchy with no guarantees of the issue being fixed. There are Subcontractors for our Complex Success Village Apt, Stratford... encounter mice believe coming from downstairs for months this neirbor not sure reported to the office, but in our case has been about a month now, one single mice and keeps up appearing with Yale traps 3 kitchen ,1 laundry room and 1 bathroom...besides our own traps and sticky pads...Nothing is working. Work order has been place to the management to update this situation. Sorry guy's but ain't doing anything for us.
Absolutely wonderful service. We discovered a bee hive in our walls as they suddenly broke through and came in our house, and within an hour they were there taking care of the problem! The tech was professional and, since we have two young children, made sure he was extra thorough to get rid of any bees inside and out. The price was reasonable and includes a 90 day guarantee. I highly recommend Yale Pest Control for any extermination needs!!
Awful!! Why are you using this poison and bait boxes?? very irresponsible and there are other ways!!!
