The three stars are for the staff and doctors than have helped. The -2 is for a complete and utter lack of communication between people at the clinic and their patients. Terrible response times - if a response comes at all. Can be quite dismissive. Despite 6 months of pandemic, not one piece of communication regarding their patients susceptibility or the dangers of a DMT and coronavirus has been sent out. 10 years ago I was diagnosed with MS at Yale. Back when there MS center was in New Haven. In those 10yrs I've had 5 different Dr's. Because they get a new DR at the MS center every 2yrs. So I never had a long personal relationship with a DR there. Now with my MS as worse as it's ever been I'm searching for a new neruoligist that will stick with me cause I'm done with Yale!
