TL;DR: Excellent care during visits, but significant delays outside of them. The clinicians and front desk staff are truly exceptional. They are thoughtful, knowledgeable, and provide high-quality care during appointments. However, communication and follow-up processes need improvement. Phone calls typically go unanswered, requiring voicemails or MyChart messages. im going to have to unfortunately find another doctor as i am not getting any care after my sleep study. i very much get the impression my sleep doctor just ordered a CPAP because thats what they always do although my issue is not related to sleep apnea and the doctor keeps ignoring my requests to focus on my specified issue. it honestly feels like they get some kick-back for prescribing CPAPs. This is an insufficient place as you never can get anyone on the phone, doctors do not call u back, this is a terrible practice!!!0 for a review!
