I must say that I am pleased with the treatment I received from this facility. I did a sleep test on February 21st, 2025 and the clinician(Marlene) that attended to me was extremely nice and made me feel so comfortable and stress free. I am a person that suffers from anxiety, of course I was nervous and anxious not knowing what to expect, but I have no regrets and complaints.
if you have chronic insomnia and are seeking cbt therapy for it, please note that this clinic is booked for that through the summer. i waited 3+ months for an appointment and felt discouraged to realize that this wait wouldn’t grant me treatment
Horrible customer service and no follow up. Very rude staff
Even though you're told someone will contact you to schedule a follow-up appointment, they never do. And when you try calling in, nobody answers and their voice mail box will be full most of the time. Not sure what's going on with the phone answering staff but someone isn't doing their job.
I was told my previous sleep study from UConn doesn’t show sleep apnea but top UConn professor wrote in writing I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea . Due to the fact that no doctor seems to care about sleep apnea and how dangerous it is without treatment for almost 9 years , I no longer have trust in this office . Some of the questions they wrote I denied were never asked . I am very sorry but my health comes first I would not trust this office
