I should have read these reviews before going for a study. I did my test in March of 2025 and I still haven't received the results and it's the end of August. I had to call the records department and someone got back to me and told me someone would be contacting me to set up a meeting by the end of the week. This might come off as a shock but no one contacted me. It's criminal how this place operates. Avoid anything with Yale in front of it, you get twice the arrogance and half the work.

If I could give this place a zero I would don't waste your time here. You might as well go to the club for the sleep study. Also how do you call somewhere from the morning to right before they close and no one ever answers the phone.

My husband has severe sleep apnea. It took almost a year to get an updated machine for it to now to be discontinued. He has requested a new mask & accessories (to no avail). I often wonder if they truly understand how dangerous sleep apnea really is. When he calls to speak to someone, he doesn't get a call back. When someone finally calls, he is told they will order him supplies (been waiting since January). Waited 9 months for a consult, 1 week beforehand consult got switched to telehealth, then day of the consult they had technical difficulties connected, never were able to get camera working, and disconnected without any further follow up. Appointment was for 4:20pm, they didn't connect until after 4:30pm, so by the time they disconnected, the office was already closed, so I was not able to call and follow up, as the phones were already off.
