I'm sad to share that I would recommend anywhere besides this sleep center. I have mutliple friends who have needed sleep studies and I always steer them far away from this sleep center. It is impossible to contact them, as the phones almost always (during business hours) just go on hold and then say they'll call back later (which they never will). By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. First of all Dr. Shukla was very rude, basically denying my symptoms and arguing with me about how I felt. I have already been treated for my condition and improved immensely, but Dr. Shukla insisted on disagreeing with my previous diagnosis just because my sleep latency Is a couple minutes longer than what the Insurance companies need to cover my expensive medication (which has been helping me immensely). My father had an appointment today and I’m the one to go to all his appointments because not only does he have like a slight hearing loss but it’s very difficult for him to explain what’s going on so we get to our appointment for 8 o’clock and this doctor does not walk into the room until about 8:30 8:32 when she walks in, she asked him a question and he did not hear her so he said huh and she repeated the question then being that this is not his first time at this office you would think that they would look in the files, bu... read more
Has taken 15 months to get a consultation appointment. Then was told it will be a 5+ month wait to get test completed. Truly unacceptable. Front desk are sweethearts and so far the care has been good.
worst sleep clinic in the world. cant reach anyone about meds, terrible bedside manner, expect people to bring their own food for 24 hours of testing what a joke yale is
