My Godson had surgery on yesterday. I must say the Dr's and staff were great, they were very sensitive understanding and very informative as well as comforting to the family. Surgery went just as we expected ,when we were transferred to my Godson room, there was a particular nurse name Tammy . Her spirit was so sweet she was very helpful , I would like to say there should be more nurses like Tammy.
It was an awful experience ! I live 45 minutes away and I took my baby boy 9 months old there , he had a fever 105 he was boiling they made us wait in the Lobby 3 hours and finally when they gave us a room after wait 3 hours we got a room with No AC we were sweating and my baby was burning from the fever and we had to wait another hour with no AC and no nurse ! No doctor ! Nobody came by ! We took off after waiting 5 hours with a high fever baby and we went home without nobody notice we left ! I will never go there again

Our visit at 7 pm on a Saturday night to the ER went very well. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and kept us updated on what was happening. No complaints! Keep up the great work! Thank you!
