DO NOTTTT Take your family here. YNNH is a terrible “healthcare system” their insincere copy & paste response they leave on reviews is not true at all. Their “patient advocates” will NOT help you. Their entire staff is rude, people on the phones are rude, The hospital staff will falsify health records and not put what you were actually treated for. Theres a lot of terrible behavior happening by this massive “hospital”; and they need to be held accountable.
This group is by far the best and so knowledgeable. My Dr Joyce Oen Hsiao MD is the most caring Dr I have ever had. She never rushes always listens and has nothing but great advice and I have to say she is as beautiful both in and out. I would highly recommend Joyce to anyone looking for a heart dr. Worst receptionists available. Terrible attitude, they sound like the hate the world. It's a pity that they probably have great doctors that are impossible to see unless you want consistent abuse over the phone.
It's impossible to speak to someone there. You call, no one ever picks up, you leave a detailed message as requested, they never call you back. Not the first time I've had this experience with them, this is a repeat thing. Here we are over year later, same exact problem. 😡😡😡😡
