Don’t bother going there for anything but a broken bone. They apparently don’t want to treat anything else and pick and chose who they will see even though the website says otherwise. So typical for Yale. Need to find a new ortho group.
Phenomenal care from the front desk to the nurse, to the PA, to the xray tech! Everyone was so friendly & personable & really made me feel better in a not so great situation. I was seen quickly & I was out of the office with the answers I came for within an hour. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and fun, and the xray tech had me laughing the whole time. Lovely lovely facility!
Rotten place. It says clearly on the site they deal with arthritis and knee pain, I have had this issue with a swollen knee which has become excruciating pain in my lower leg. The woman at the desk said I shouldn't go there because it wasn't an injury. Is arthritis an injury? I was so upset I walked out about to cry, as I did throughout the night because my pain was so bad.
