Good morning, I am writing in reference to a recent visit to the Yale New Haven Children's Hospital Emergency room. I was so fortunate to have meet some great doctors, but one nurse captured my heart. Her name is Sara Ferrantelli. My experience with her was amazing! I can't speak enough about her observations of my families needs, but most importantly she noticed my fears and took the time to come and sit with just me to talk about what was going on, reassuring me that the staff understood, and that she truly got it.
