This staff does not own to there mistakes. They feel if they smile, their mistakes is excuseable. They cover each other so if someone does complaint, the complaint is tossed out. They also feel their staff feelings are more important than anything and whatever pain your going through. So if they cause you more distress, smile it will be your fault if your not nice about it. I have deleted a previous negative review that I wrote because of continued bad experiences at this location. Today I will have nothing but praise for the nurse I was fortunate enough to be assigned to.Erin G provided probably the best experience in nursing care I have had since my diagnosis in 2021. She was thoughtful,caring,attentive and a very kind person. She anticipated every need and had one of the best dispositions I've ever encountered there. Nurses should be consistent in treatment of patients. I sat for hours without any offer of water,snacks or help to the bathroom. The patient across from me was offered refreshments 3x in the course of 1 hour. No one checked in with me for over 3 hours as i struggled trying to disconnect the machine tobget to the restroom. never went over my current meds, never took a blood pressure at the start (only at the end) as said in the notes. seriously thinking of switching to Hartford health care.
