Absolute horrible management! Lived in a property for 15 years. they never maintained anything, they did the cheapest repairs possible, they had roaches and a pigeon infestation. Their painter and repair men damaged many of my belongings. I complained numerous times and called the city. Nothing was properly and effectively done. My neighbors were evasive and obnoxious and did things like blocked in my car when I was trying to go to work. Management put the burden on me to call and get them towed. Does not properly clean pool ever. Broken applainces or maintenance problems take several calls. The off site property manager takes call then does nothing about problem, until you have called 3 to 4 times. Never propoperly notify of service call appointments. Mantainence personel never call and inform they have arrived. They miss and blow off appointments. Broken equipment(Laundry Machines) for weeks and weeks without repair.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Not professional at all. They do not know how to deal with people. The management? Sucks. Stay away from them. All they do, just to rip you off. Do not sign any single document nor a leasing agreement. In the beginning they will tell you something, at the end of your contract agreement is over, they will reduce your security deposit thet you have given in the beginning of your lease agreement.
