Not HIPPA complaint. They make you register over a phone in the waiting room where everyone can hear your personal information. SSN, home address, etc. Was addressed with front desk that thus couldn't possibly be HIPPA compliant and the desk worker says "I know, we're working on it...I'll let admin know". Another woman behind the counter says "That's why we send you the mailer home, so you font have to do it by the phone". The first woman says, in a derogatory voice, "He just made the apt yesterday". Won't accept my 18 year old son as a patient because he's on husky insurance. I guess it's all about money.

Very disappointed, I am limited to certain days that I can schedule appointment and so I had to wait 6 months for an appointment. A month before my appointment I receive a letter that they have to reschedule my appointment, unfortunately it fell on a day I was unable to go in due to work. When I called to office to explain this I was told that if I do not go to this appointment they will not be able to see me anymore.
