My sister is getting married this weekend. Dropped my bridesmaid dress off to be cleaned for the big event. Set to leave on Thursday, I go to pick the dress up Wednesday evening. Lo and behold, THEY DON'T HAVE MY DRESS. They try to pass off another woman's dress as mine. I took my suit in on Saturday, this time using the 91st location after having used the Owasso location for the last several years. I’ve never had any complaints in Owasso but I got it back this time and the suit has visible dry cleaning chemicals on it, the lapels don’t lay properly, and there’s a crease on the front from the lining inside from being pressed incorrectly. Probably won’t return to this one.
RecommendedUsed Yale Cleaners for first time and picked up my cleaning today. Could not be happier. Had 2 bad stains that I was unsure they could remove. They were completely gone. I called all cleaners in this area before using them and they had the cheapest pricing by far. All the employees were so nice and professional. Will definitely use them again.
Do not use Yale Cleaners!!!! They will lose your clothes and not even care!
