My partner and I were having a lot of issues finding an affordable 2-3 bedroom in Madison (that accepted our pets guinea pigs), but Dan Jendrzejewski was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout this hectic process. He has been prompt and informative in his responses and very personable. Looking forward to the leasing years to come!
Came to visit my daughter and boyfriend. The complex is nice. Yahara needs more maintenance people on the property. The bbq area is great, the trash in the bbq area hasn’t been dumped in months. Super gross. Looks common that people dump furniture on the sidewalks when they leave.
The leasing agent Daniel was wonderful to deal with. He is patient, kind, communicative and very helpful! We didn’t end up renting the apartment with him, but I thoroughly enjoyed working with him.
Update: Richard and Kimberly are still courteous property managers. Posting as a long-time tenant at Yahara Landing Apartments, I have appreciated the timely response to my maintenance requests over the years. As another reviewer has noted, this is an older property. It is adjacent to Tenney Park and nestled in a woodsy corner. NEW UPDATE. 6/13/22 Richard and Kimberly are gone now, but I will always remember Kimberly's words to me: "I don't know anything, I just work here." Priceless.😊
Location, great, price, pretty good, management response to apartment issues, fantastic, move in good, move out, bad. Tried to break the lease early, was told I could only sublease which is illegal for them to say. Management came off as unwilling to put in their due diligence to advertise the unit or others that were also empty.
