The hair braiders are unprofessional rude and mean spirited.
Mrs sally braids my hair and I’ve never had a problem with the style or price
I call about getting my 12 year old hair braided (shoulder length $200 ). When I said it was a bit pricey, but before I could tell her, I was going to bring her anyway she hung up on me. (Rude and disrespectful) I just took my business elsewhere.
They make up the prices as they go over price
This is absolutely one of the worst braiding places I have ever been to. I had gotten passion twist by Sally one of the braiders and within four hours they started to come out I had reached out to Yacine for a refund and she denied it. She then told me to come in the following day to get my hair fixed which I did, when I arrived at the shop it was closed so I called her and she just told me to come in another day.
