I just moved out, I lived there for one year. The only reason I moved out was to move into a house with my partner otherwise I would have continued to live there. The staff are so kind, helpful, and responsive. You are able to text the leasing office with any issues or concerns. Throughout the year the leasing office puts on community events and giveways. Been living here for almost two years now, so far I have learned: if you are civil in your conversations with the office and management, they will be civil and do their best to accommodate you; car gates are semi-consistently broken or left open; the gates for walking are constantly left ajar overnights; sap trees EVERYWHERE; need a dedicated Groundscleaning team, as the sidewalks are covered in pine needles or debris until someone reports it. I would rate between 1-2 stars. Fair place to live . 1. Fly/bugs/roach issues , especially in summer. 2. Air condition is loud and dripping dust. 3. More than half machine in laundry room broken. 4. Not friendly to Non-US citizen, they ask for co-signer.
