Had them install a “puppy guard” product on existing fencing (that they put in) and the spacing of the 2 products together left large gaps similar to the existing fence spacing that the dogs were able to get thru. I was refunded the cost of materials but was expected to eat the labor costs for something that didn’t do anything and I had to remove it myself.
