I totally understand the bad reviews here. The place was hot, dirty and poor professionalism, especially the owner Tran Thi Mihn Chao. North Vietnamese from Hanoi. Place is closed now due to unclean practices and lack of customers. No surprise it's closed forever now.
This place is really dirty and noisy. All their tool were pretty rusty and dirty. Also when the guy started working on my nails, the ladies working there started having very loud argument. I had to pay and leave in the middle because i was really annoyed by their fight and grossed out by their dirty towels and tool.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They cut my nails so short my toes were in pain and bleeding. Never going back.
Wow, I am so pleased with my mani/pedi service from all of the experts there today. What I loved most was how the atmosphere felt so inviting, like family having a fun time. I normally hate the wait every time, however today flew by! Thank you-Tina,Cindy, Keren & Loan I look forward to my next visit with you Beautiful Ladies!
