Update: XYZ motors mislead me about the condition of the vehicle when I specifically asked. The body damage was hidden very well in the photos, easy to miss. When I asked about cosmetic damage, he directed me to a completely unrelated minor issue rather than the major damage (will cost about $1500+ to repair). I noticed a few days after buying, they denied knowing at first, but finally admitted it and offered to buy it back (minus the taxes and fees, so I would lose even more money).
