James was GREAT! Nice smooth Transaction and great vehicle
I'm in Alabama. They're in Michigan. I took a chance and purchased a truck without actually laying hands on it first. Flew to Michigan and drove it the 600+ miles home without a hitch. They made the process seamless. 9 months and 8000 miles later. Driving the Explorer daily. No problems. 2 years and 20k miles later. Still an excellent vehicle.
