Had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday (09/06/22) at 5pm. I showed up and I’m told it was for scheduled to another day. I only received two calls from them but no voicemails on Friday and Tuesday morning. I attempted to return the call but they didn’t answer. Update: I got a call back and was scheduled earlier to address this issue. The managment recognized areas to improve with the scheduling and phone voicemail system. I went for a root canal and honestly was the Best dental experience I’ve ever had. The Dr. Yang and staff are great; they make sure the procedure is as smooth and painless as possible. I was very glad I went there.
