These are some xtreme workouts, however they are so much fun!!! How many gyms have a workout where you get to punch, kick, or elbow the trainer during or at the end of the workout. Chris on Saturdays will have you leaving sore but wanting to come back. There is so much good flowing energy with the staff and others in the challenge! I love it so much I joined!
Jackie and Greg are what I love seeing out of small business owners!! Krav Maga class has quickly become my favorite being an amazing workout and teaching self defense at the same time! Easy class times work around your schedule! You're missing out!! �
