Recommendedwhat an amazing gym! I dont even know how to put into words everything this place offers. the staff, the classes, the people that are there working their butts off that are by your side. If you are looking for a positive community, a lifestyle change, new found confidence then this it guys! all fitness levels are welcomed. no shaming, just people rooting for you every step of the way. I am wrapping up my 6 week challenge with 1 week left to go, but I'm not going anywhere. this place is it!

This is a great, welcoming gym for sure. Jackie and Greg do a great job of ensuring a non-judgmental and welcoming environment. They run classes frequently and there’s access to the gym 24/7.
I have finished my 6 week challenge and I am thrilled with the results! I have dropped 2 pant sizes and feel much healthier. It has been hard but it is such a great feeling of accomplishment after each session. Jackie, Greg and all the trainers are supportive and motivated. All of the members are also motivated and encouraging wich makes for great atmosphere. I have not had much sucess with other gyms. I have decided to stay at this gym and continue my journey.
