I can’t say enough good things about Xtreme Auto Sales. John and Joe both went out of their way to accommodate us. Joe always answers texts and any questions that we have had on the vehicle or the financing or whatever. They are very nice and take care of everything for you. I would recommend them to anyone. I will purchase again from them. Thank you both for an easy and fun purchase of my 2009 Jeep Wrangler. I will never drive anything other than a Wrangler agin.

Will never purchase from here again. Things were great in the beginning , very accommodating, was actually able to get most of the car details worked out via text and phone because I live an hour from Spencerport. After driving the car a few days I had mentioned that there was still a rattling in the engine that they had guaranteed to fix for me. You called me at 8am threatening & demanding that you wanted to return your car. You were rude & disrespectful on the phone. You've had the car since November. We fixed the exhaust rattle you wanted us to fix & repaired your car charger fuse. If you had called with respect & not entitlement, this would have been a different outcome. Your warranty ran out a month ago, & because of how you treated me, I'm not doing anymore for you.
I inquired about a vehicle and slow reply ... No phone call just a text . Lack of customer skills.
